What You Will Get

Mission Yoga’s 20hr anatomy intensive is specifically designed for certified yoga teachers at the 200-hour level or higher who are interested in learning more about anatomy and physiology, fundamental principles of movement, injury prevention in yoga, effective language and much more.

Graduates will receive 20 hours of CEU’s (continued education units) from E-RYT 500 and Yoga Alliance certified YACEP provider, Shay Palmer. Keep in mind this is not a teacher training program, but rather a program designed to enhance your knowledge of the body. This program bridges the gap between the yoga you love to teach and other information about the body you may be curious about. It gives you the necessary tools so that you can become a true movement educator.

200 Hour Certification

The curriculum meets and exceeds the guidelines set forth by Yoga Alliance. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates of the Mission Yoga Teacher Training Program will be eligible for Yoga Alliance 200 Teacher Training Certification. Successful completion of MY20 does not in any way ensure future employment at Mission Yoga.
