    Mission Yoga is exactly what a yoga studio should be and for me a studio that exhibits the exact meaning of what yoga is at its core. It is inclusive and the environment is welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. Mission Yoga is a space that allows me an escape from my crazy day and monkey mind and I am beyond grateful for that.

    A nicely paced, Slow Flow yoga class. The instructor was very kind and the studio is very clean and organized. Great location in Oakland Park. 5 stars ⭐️

    I can’t express how great my body feels after the athletic recovery flow class. I enjoy yoga a bit but by no means consider myself a yogi. The space has a wonderful light and clean feel to it; we bought a package straightaway after the first class we took.
