Lunch Flow

45 MINUTES

Is a flow-packed hour that will help increase stamina, dynamic strength and static stability. This is an athletic vinyasa practice at a slightly faster pace designed to challenge your body and mind. Don’t let the name “power” scare you. Growth happens outside of your comfort zone.   

Slow Flow

60 MINUTES

Physical postures and breathing techniques practiced at a slower pace.

Restorative Yoga

60 MINUTES

This class holds gentle yoga poses for a longer duration (3-5 minutes) using props such as yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga. This is the ideal class to unwind from a stressful day and great for any level of practitioner.

Mission Vinyasa

60 MINUTES

Connects individual poses or “asanas” with breathwork or “pranayama” in a series of flowing sequences of movement. Typical components of a Mission Vinyasa yoga class include a variety of standing poses, twists, balancing postures, forward folds, inversions, back bends and targeted core strengthening exercises. 

Athletic Recovery Flow

60 MINUTES

Mobility is very different from flexibility. Mobility related to the joints and their ability to move actively through their full range of motion. Mission Mobility works to increase the range of motion at the joint space through controlled articulate rotational movements (CARs), end range holds, passive liftoffs and active exploration of a joint capsule.
